Pan Pizza Panzanella Salad

I made a delicious pan pizza the other day. I used the recipe from King Arthur flour with it's delicious cheesy crust. Man was it good! But since there were just the two of us, I had some left overs that got stale and wanted to repurpose somehow.

Say hello to Pan Pizza Panzanella (I just love alliteration!)! Instead of using bread, I used the left over pizza cut into cubes and toasted. Oh man was it good! I tossed it with tomatoes, fresh basil, and a garlic-shallot dressing.
