Fig and Goat Cheese Focaccia

Let me tell you how quickly this focaccia bread comes together. Like, an hour and a half, start to finish. No kneading required!

Start with the recipe from King Arthur Flour for Blitz Bread focaccia .

While the bread is rising, slice the figs and drizzle with a little honey and brown sugar.

When the bread has risen, grab the figs and press them gently into the dough, cut side up. Top with crumbled goat cheese and about a tablespoon of roughly chopped rosemary. Bake as directed. When it comes out of the oven, drizzle with a little more honey. This is great for breakfast!
